Just to tell you I have been MAJOR distracted.

Teens suck the life out of you.

I had a FANTASTIC chat with a friend  {holla Mrs. Angie}

today!

She always gives me reminders.

BOY do I need reminders....

She is so ME!  and maybe that's why i feel so refreshed when she calls.

She reminded me that its ok to NOT be perfect.

Own that we have faults.

and don't be with people who try and change who you are.......

Be around people who inspire you to do better, that you WANT to change!

and vice versa!

Also that if I write a book, she wants to join in!

and it will be called:

" I never make the same mistake twice, I just make it 5 or 6 times, you know,  just to be sure"

Water and flour is all I used to create the paste I wanted.

 

Dip the papertowels in, and wrap around the taped newspaper!

Let dry over night.

next morning-----------add the details.  {nostrils, eyes, horn, ears}

let dry another day!

Gosh, today has been so good!

I woke up with some harsh feelings this morning....

But I seemed to over come them through the day.

I'm angry and wanna throw things.

I'm fortunate to have most days fly by with happy feet on. 

Unfortunately I guess with the good comes the bad.

And with bad comes the good!

I want to rebuild so BADLY.

but here I sit another day.......

I dunno anymore.

ok-----I lied.  It is ok, but still.

I feel the biggest sense of strength and contentment.

But also feel major anxiety to get myself all re-newed and back to normal and LIVE again.

My poor heart is pulled in so many directions. 
  How simply amazing your heart can hurt and feel so much joy at the same time.

It was  a joyful day driving up to B-Town to pick up my father.
