School is right around the corner, Im sure along with me you are all trying to get school shopping done------- such a CRAZY time!

Trying to "Finish" out the summer, but feeling the pressure of school around the corner!

I'm actually finished school shopping for my kids....{don't throw stuff at me}  lol

OK---I actually lied, Jax still needs socks!

And a few more glue sticks for Charlee!

Ive enjoyed these last 5 years with her by my side everyday!

I'm going to be sad........Probably only for a few days and then  I'm sure I'll get over it!

Lets me honest! HA!

No, but really------She is my friend and I will miss her for the whole 4 hours she will be gone.

Our new place in Syracuse, the kids can walk 3 seconds to school----Kinda excited about that.

Today I got up early......

Headed to My sister in laws house picked her up, and headed to the Bountiful Temple to see a sign that says "Temple closed till next Thursday"  GAH!

So sad!!

So we decided to head to the Centerville DI and do some thrifting!

I am in Love with Granny Silk shirts lately!

Like OBSESSED!

I found two pencil skirts today and this vintage shirt and belt.

I need to pick up a off white Downeast T, super see through and SUPER amaze-balls!

 

 

 

Date nights are so super sacred!

With Mikes work schedule, we have to be super creative!!!!

So Yesterday we did a little school supply shopping at Target...lol

So super romantic!

But we were together which is all that matters, Kissin on Isle 5!!

 

 

 

 



 

 

 

 

 

I was asked to speak in Bearlake next month at a Woman's Retreat.

So I'm preparing notes and a BIO..

Super tricky, never done a BIO of myself.......makes me feel slightly silly!

lol

I am super honored to speak tho, I'm not a speaker but I DO have so much to say that I have experienced over these last 3 years, this last YEAR especially.

To Literally build yourself from ground up, with nothing.

Gods plan is spectacular.  He knows what up!

He has my back......and will forever!------Only because I will not let him down.

Therefore, I got HIS back!

While I was listening to Inspirational music Charlee brings me this little guy she made.  Yup, he is peeing!

Ready for the Ring story?

Abbie found a ring in the Layton Hills Parking lot!

She didn't think anything of it....

She picked it up and it fit her finger......She wore it around and one day when they were back at the mall she had a Jewelers look at it to see if it was even real.

Well, he estimated it to be approx a $3000 ring.

WE ABOUT POOPED!

It was beautiful!!!

I put it on my Instagram feed and on KSL classifieds.

My friend put it on FB classifies....and I also called the news.

.

.

Literally TWO days later I had a email from a lady, asking if it was hers....describing the ring in detail.

Come to find out....it was HERS!!!

Lost it over a month ago thinking it was forever gone......Devastated!

 

 

We quickly met up!

She was VERY emotional and shaking!!!

We hugged and are now going to be forever friends!  :)

I think this did MORE for me, I was on a high for days!

I am ENJOYING being back in in Syracuse!

So many friends here, its familiar here and its home here.

Not only that, but we are TOGETHER!

I shot a large family here two days ago....

Its it breathtaking?

It was my play ground for 3 hours!

 

I attended my new ward on Sunday!

We went to the 9:00 church that ended up NOT being our church....actually not even close cuz it wasn't even the right BUILDING!  ha!

So after one sacrament meeting down I found our right ward and our right church building.

I happen to find two ladies I knew in my ward and this pretty lady...We follow each other on instagram! 

She was like "HEYYY your nanniegoat" 

And I was like "Heyyyyy, what the crap"

Then we hugged, and gabbed each others ears off!  :)

I have a feeling I'm gunna fall in love with this ward!

 

 

 

 

Last night I taught a YW group Photography in a different ward!

Pretty  much the best experience EVER for me!

I fell in love with these girls, and now I secretly wish I can have a calling in the YW.

{careful what you wish for...lol}

Not only did I teach them a few basic Photography tips and tricks, We discussed how important it is to use our talents and gifts to uplift and inspire.

Careful what you post on FB and Instagram-----what you capture and put out in the world reflects who you are!

With the advice of:

"Be kind.  Then go a step further and BE KINDER"

and to BE BOLD, be creative and BE YOU!

We ended with a mini little photoshoot outside!

This memory will be tucked in my little treasure box for sure!

 

 

 

My family had such a neat experience a few days ago!

My Sweet Nephew had to cut his LDS mission short due to a very bad knee injury.

With many many prayers and fasting, this was what was best for Treavor so he can come home and get into some Physical Therapy.

We all anxiously waited at the airport at 11:00 at NIGHT!

For those elevator doors to open.

Yes we screamed and yes we cried!
